Ray Scott

Ray Scott has over thirty years of experience in the IT industry, with in depth knowledge of managing IT departments to becoming CEO and President of two IT companies.  

Ray started his IT career as a Programmer. He was promoted to Systems Analyst and later became IT Manager for a multi billion dollar agricultural chemical company. He later became IT Director for a Japanese grain commodity trading company. In 1986, Ray started Eagle Systems Technology, Inc. Eagle Systems Technology, Inc. is a staffing augmentation company. Eagle Systems Technology, Inc. provides IT consultants on a temporary basis throughout the United States . In 2000, Ray started Eagle Computer Systems, Inc. Eagle Computer Systems, Inc. is an E-Commerce company that sells to BtoB and BtoC. Eagle's web site is www.saveateagle.com.  

Ray has an Associate Degree from Southwest Community College in Computer Science and a Bachelor Degree from the University of Memphis in Business Administration.

Harish Dahima

Harish Dahima brings has over thirteen years of experience in the IT industry to Eagle Systems. He possesses in-depth knowledge of Software Application Development and Business Process Integration. Prior to co-founding IT Niche, Harish has successfully orchestrated launches of two start-up companies "Cubix" and "SoluSoft" by facilitating and structuring their consulting and project development offerings.

Since the early 90's Harish has consulted with different companies designing and implementing software applications for their mid-size and large business processes. In 1998 he joined Wilson Keller and Associates as V. P. Development, a specialized accounting firm with more than 13,000 clients in the petroleum and transportation industries. Wilson, Keller and Associates had revenues of thirty two million dollars in an eight-year period.

Harish has been a successful entrepreneur before in his career as well. His first venture " Elite Study Circle " which he started in 1989 trained and coached over 2000 student to appear in various competitive exams in India . Elite Study circle had revenues of over 5 million INR in its 6 years of operation.

Harish has a Master's in Information Technology from University of Memphis is currently working on his Doctoral Program part time with computer science department at University of Memphis, USA.

Mitzi Webb

Director Finance

Mitzi started her career as an Accountant for Eagle Systems Technology, Inc. Through her leadership, she developed the infrastructure for Eagle Systems Technology, Inc. When Eagle Computer Systems, Inc. started, Mitzi was instrumental in developing the infrastructure for it. She is currently the CFO for both companies.

Mitzi has a Bachelor Degree from Middle Tennessee State University in Marketing and Accounting.
